Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your order after placing it but before delivery occurs, any deposit or payments made will be forfeited. In the event of full payment made in advance and subsequent cancellation, a partial refund (minus a 50% cancellation fee) may be granted at our discretion.

Returns Procedures:

In the event that products need to be returned, they must be sent to our Head Office in Perth at your own expense. Before doing so, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing returns@jimmysbalibargains.com.au. Items should be securely packaged, ideally in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the product's arrival; otherwise, they cannot be accepted. All returned goods should be in new and unused condition, complete with all original tags/labels and any accompanying materials, such as packaging, where applicable. Replacements:

Upon receiving returned merchandise, we will inspect its condition before processing the replacement. We aim to fulfill replacement requests within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the returned items. You will be notified via email with estimated arrival details if applicable. Customers are responsible for the reshipping cost when requesting replacements. Refunds, if required, will follow standard procedures and will be credited back to the initial payment method used during the transaction.

Exceptions:

Please be aware of the following exceptions to our returns and refund policy:

  • Fragile Items

  • Personalized Items

  • Swimwear/Intimates

  • Custom Furniture items

These items are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
