These terms and conditions govern the use of Lestari Bali Pty Ltd, trading as Jimmy’s Bali Bargains, when placing orders directly through Facebook, Instagram, and Email. By accessing our services through these platforms, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as our Refund Policies. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions outlined on this page, we kindly request that you refrain from using Jimmy's Bali Bargains.

Refund Policy
All orders placed are considered FINAL. Refunds will only be issued in the event of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items received, excluding shipping costs. Please make your selections carefully, as refunds DO NOT APPLY TO SHIPPING, only to the goods themselves. The Refund Policy does not cover items where you, the consumer, supply us with photos.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, any deposit or payments made will be forfeited. If full payment has been made, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion, but it will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Returns Procedures
If you need to return products to us, you must return them to our Head Office in Perth at your expense. If the return aligns with our policies, the cost of returning the products will be reimbursed, minus any associated administration costs.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any or all links to our website. You agree to promptly remove any links to our Website upon our request. Terms and Conditions of Shipping
Please carefully review these terms and conditions before proceeding with any purchase or shipping
arrangement. By placing an order with us or booking shipping, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Customers Who Purchase and Ship with Us:
Included Services:
1. Items Purchased Along with Discounted Shipping:
Items purchased along with discounted shipping will be included in the shipping costs.
2. GST on Cost of Goods and Shipping:
Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the cost of goods and shipping is included in our shipping
costs.
3. 30-day Maker's Warranty on all Furniture and Home Decor:
We provide a 30-day maker's warranty on all furniture and home decor items.
4. Collection and Storing of Goods prior to Leaving Bali:
We will collect and store your goods in Bali prior to shipping them to your desired
destination.
5. Single Cardboard Wrapping:
We provide single cardboard wrapping for your goods.
6. Crating of Goods Where Needed (e.g., Glass, Fragile Items):
Special crating for goods such as fragile or glass items will be included in the shipping
costs.
7. All Indonesian Export Charges:
All charges related to exporting your goods from Indonesia will be included in your
shipping costs.
8. All Australian Import Charges and Customs Fees:
We will cover all import charges and customs fees associated with bringing your goods
into Australia.
9. V-legal Certificate and Standard Fumigation:
We will obtain the necessary V-legal certificate and perform standard fumigation of your
goods to comply with regulatory requirements.
10. Packing and Unpacking of Goods from Container.
Our team will handle the packing and unpacking of your goods from the shipping
container.
11. Collection from Our Depot:
You can collect your goods from our depot once they have arrived at the destination. Please see

Not Included:
1. ETO Fumigation:
ETO fumigation for items made from banana leaf or banana leaf fiber and Bali huts with Alang Alang
roofing requires an additional cost of $2500.
2. Insurance of Your Goods:
We do not include insurance for your goods during transit. It is your responsibility to
obtain insurance coverage for your items.
3. Any Additional Custom Fees at the Port:
Any additional custom fees applied at the port, such as container inspection charges, will be your
responsibility.
For Customers Using Their Own Suppliers:
Included Services:
1. Collection and Storing of Goods prior to Leaving Bali:
We will collect and store your goods in Bali prior to shipping them to your desired
destination.
2. Single Cardboard Wrapping:
We provide single cardboard wrapping to ensure the protection of your goods during
transit.
3. All Indonesian Export Charges:
All charges related to exporting your goods from Indonesia will be included in your
shipping costs.
4. All Australian Import Charges and Customs Fees to the Port:
We will cover all import charges and customs fees associated with bringing your goods
into Australia up to the port of destination.
5. V-legal Certificate and Standard Fumigation: We will obtain the necessary V-legal certificate and
perform standard fumigation of your
goods to comply with regulatory requirements.
6. Packing and Unpacking of Goods from Container:
Our team will handle the packing and unpacking of your goods from the shipping
container.
7. Pick up from Our Container Depots:
You can pick up your goods from our container depots once they have arrived at the
Destination.
Not Included:
1. GST on Cost of Goods and Shipping:
Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the cost of goods and shipping is not included in our
shipping costs.
2. Insurance of Your Goods:
We do not include insurance for your goods during transit. It is your responsibility to
obtain insurance coverage for your items.
3. Crating of Goods Where Needed (e.g., Glass, Fragile Items):
If your goods require special crating, it will not be included in the shipping costs.
Additional charges apply for such services.
4. Any Additional Permits That May Be Required:
If there are any additional permits or licenses required for the shipping of your goods, it is your
responsibility to obtain them. Any associated costs will not be included in our shipping services.
5. Additional Custom Fees at the Port:
Any additional custom fees applied at the port will be your responsibility.
Items That Incur Additional Permits or Special Fumigation:
Certain items require additional permits or special ETO fumigation, which will incur
additional costs. The specific items and associated charges are as follows:
- Bali Doors/Structural Items: $375
- Some Stone Items: $375
- Items with Shells or Feathers: $150
- Bali Huts* (with Alang Alang roofing): $375
- Some Seagrass Items: $375
Items made from Banana Leaf or Banana leaf fibre, and Bali Huts with Alang Alang roofing
require special ETO fumigation at a cost of $2500.
Items That Can't be Sent by Sea:
We cannot ship:
- Replica items
- Weapons
- Vehicles
- Personal effects
- Perfume
- Food products by sea.
Collection of Your Goods Applicable to all :
You will be notified by email and/or phone when your items are ready for collection.
Collection times are Monday to Friday only. If you wish to have someone else collect on your behalf, it
is your responsibility to ensure that they have a copy of your invoice, a letter authorizing them to
collect your items, and photo identification. Once notified, you will have 3 days to collect your items.
After this time, if not collected, storage fees of $15 per day per item and items will not be released
until storage fees are paid.
Shipping Refunds/Cancellations:
We do not offer refunds on shipping whether purchasing off us or using our shipping only service. All
bookings for our shipping only service require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
your space, the remaining 50% balance of the shipping, plus GST on the goods, is payable once your
goods are at our cargo awaiting the container to pack.
We recommend carefully considering your shipping needs and confirming all details
before making a booking to avoid any loss of your deposit.
Please note that items purchased, and shipping are 2 separate costs and under no
circumstances will any shipping costs be refunded
